Peer Review Group was first established to fill a need in the insurance restoration industry to level the playing field and assist in helping to provide our clients with educational, informative, key insights into the scope and cost estimates that are crucial to everyday operations and business decisions.

Joshua Kai has worked in both worlds, first for large commercial general contractors and then as a building consultant to property insurance carriers and saw first hand the struggles of contractors, property owners, and carriers to produce or validate estimates with ease and speed.

More often than not, it was a gap in knowledge, experience, or time that influenced the quality of an estimate and the ease and speed at which an agreement could be reached between parties. Joshua was convinced that the most valuable deliverable would be to provide a service that empowers the client to make their own best business decisions. Out of this industry gap, Peer Review Group was born.
